Will Paramount Miami World Center be adequately prepared to receive first flying cars by 2020?

The advent of flying cars is no longer a dream; it is a reality that is almost here. Dan Kodsi, a developer with the foresight to observe unfolding trends has revealed that to WCJ that Miami World Centre is adequately prepared to receive the first flying cars once they become a reality.
The revelation confirmed the reality of flying cars is almost here. Hence, Kodsi has gone ahead of time to develop Miami World Center to receive the first flying cars in Miami World Centre.
Dan Kodsi has been developing the high-rise Miami World Center for the landing of passenger drones, also known as flying cars.

The residents of Miami can land the rooftop of MWC. Not only that, the building is being equipped to aid vertical take-off for the residents from the same roof-top. The modification of the 5000-square foot rooftop will ensure vertical take-off and landing of electric cars is a possibility. MWC is a 60-story building with 530 unit tower.

The planned VTOL ride-sharing network of Uber Technologies is set to take off in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Dubai after 2020. At this stage, there is still lack of proper regulation and traffic control in the airspace. But that does not rule out that things will start to take shape soon as far as flying cars are concerned.

Kodsi conceived the idea of preparing MWC ready for vertical take-off and landing of passenger drones as well as a ride into a glass-enclosed elevator when he read about the Uber Elevate.
Uber VTOL ridesharing network is set to take off in Dallas shortly after 2020. As a developer with foresight, Dan Kodsi is leveraging on trends that may take another one and a half decade to become fully operational in Miami.

The Developer is quite optimistic that the building will be ready for operation and space would have been absorbed by Condo Association before then.

The work of this magnitude is not what only one individual can single-handedly achieved. Other co-developers of Paramount along with Dan Kodsi are Nitin Motwani and Art Falcone. The construction work is presently on the 47th floor of the building, and the job should be complete.
